Holli wanted to be a lawyer then grew up and attended cosmetology school on a dare. After 2 years behind the chair she was hooked and knew this is what she was meant to do. Holli is the proud owner of Rumors Hair Salon in Spokane, WA, and is behind the chair several days a week, she’s the School Director at Paul Mitchell the School Spokane, JPMS National Educator, PM Advanced Education Texture Specialist and in 2019 helped launch the Flaunt with unrelenting devotion. One of her pet peeves is laziness and you can see why! In her down time (if she gets any), she’s doing DIY in her house, spending time with her husband and 3 children or donating time to The Children’s Miracle Network because a personal journey with her youngest child compels her to give back. Holli wants to be known as someone who is committed…to her work, to her community and to her family and she is absolutely all those things.

Katie was exposed to hair styling and makeup at 16. From then on she knew the beauty industry is where she’d take her career. After high school she began her journey and in 2008 received her cosmetology license from The Temple; A Paul Mitchell Partner School in Frederick, MD. Katie has transformed faces with brands like MAC Cosmetics and Ultimate Face Cosmetics while transforming hair for her guests at her suite in Columbia, MD and at Bombshell Salon in Ellicott City, MD. In 2012, she went back to The Temple school and became a Learning Leader where she is transforming future generations of stylists in the same school that transformed her. In 2019, she marched onto the Flaunt™ Master Educator team with fierce devotion to help launch the brand. Katie says teaching is how she learns because every experience is a learning moment when you’re creative.

Bryant is the owner of Jazzy Hair Salon where he creates custom color corrections, unique tape extensions installations and customizing wig solutions for clients with thinning hair and alopecia. Bryant has won several hairstylist and makeup awards including winning the Bronner Brothers Hair Battle. He’s been published in over 30 magazines and has been the recipient of NAACP’s Black Man Rocks Award for Best Cosmetology Instructor. Being so close to the Paul Mitchell the School network, Bryant has dedicated so much of his career to preparing PMTS Future Professionals and Instructors including United States Navy Instructors for the inspiring and successful opportunities the beauty industry has to offer.

Master Educator

Erin is a Toronto, Canada based seasoned stylist, JPMS National Educator and Flaunt™ Paul Mitchell Master Educator. Her love affair with hair began early. Saturdays were spent in her family salon being exposed to the art of hairstyling and mentored by her stylist mother. Although becoming a stylist seemed like a natural fit, Erin pursued her education in the field of Developmental Studies and Early Childhood Education hoping to become a teacher. She stayed connected to her hairdressing roots and returned to the industry as a licensed Hairstylist in 2000. In 2012 she joined JPMS and ultimately Flaunt™ Master Educator and extensions expert where she’s been inspiring stylists to grow their business through extensions services since 2021. Erin believes if you're not learning, you're not growing and that’s where her passion resonates most. Proud business owner of Hues by Erin, passionate educator and above all devoted wife and proud mom to Emma James and Duncan Jack, it’s their support that keeps her motivated and inspired every day!

Master Educator

Kylieh has been working in a salon since she was 15. She fell in love with hair and beauty watching her mom transform her guests’ hair and lives from behind the chair. Now she specializes in extension transformations and color corrections while managing Jennifer’s Color Bar in Gilford, NH (you guessed it, Jennifer is her mom!). In 2022, her journey led her right on to the Flaunt™ Master Educator team and is currently working on becoming a National Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems. When Kylieh isn’t working she enjoys being with family or creating other kinds of art by painting and drawing because she feels all types of art feed her creative soul.
